Pods
Pods are managed from the Production sidebar - hover a pod to rename, duplicate, reorder or remove it. This is a read-only roster.
Board columns
Rename, reorder, or add board columns. Core columns (locked) drive automation - they can be renamed but not removed. Reordering asks you to confirm before it saves.
Naming
Config-driven on the backend (default mirrors the live RMH### pattern). The full convention + past names live in the Ad Names tab. The backend snapshots config.json on every restart so a naming change is reversible.
Team & access
Server-side login: PINs are hashed on the VPS, never shipped to the browser. Admins can reset a teammate’s PIN below. Roles gate who can create, launch and archive.
Archived
Soft-deleted concepts appear here, restorable — or permanently deletable if they're genuine junk.
Demo
